About

Organisation first. Technology where it genuinely helps.

My work with AI and digital systems emerged from years of managing people, programmes, projects, communication, admissions, marketing and institutional processes in the arts and nonprofit sector.

Madhu Muthuthodi

Working closely with small teams helped me understand a common challenge: organisations often have important work to deliver but limited staff, budgets and access to expensive technology.

I began developing practical systems that combine AI, Google Workspace, Meta tools, Brevo, WhatsApp, websites and workflow automation. These systems solve real organisational problems such as repetitive communication, delayed lead follow-up, scattered information, manual reporting and task coordination.

Today, I help nonprofits, arts organisations, educational institutions and small businesses adopt technology in a practical, responsible and affordable way.

Professional perspective

My wider experience includes arts and nonprofit management, HR, administration, institutional development, international cultural projects, communications and programme coordination.

My approach is simple: understand the organisation first, and introduce technology only where it genuinely helps.

Working principles

Practical, responsible and maintainable.

The goal is not to add more tools. It is to reduce friction, help people work better and leave the organisation with a system it can understand and maintain.

Human-centred

Systems are designed around people, roles and existing habits—not technology trends.

Cost-conscious

Affordable and familiar tools are preferred wherever they are sufficient.

Capability-building

Training and documentation help teams own the system instead of depending permanently on a consultant.
